Refund and Return Policy

At Emerely, we value the trust you place in us and take pride in the quality of our jewelry. To maintain transparency and fairness, we follow the below policy for returns and refunds:

1. Silver Jewelry

  • All silver jewelry (including pendants, rings, bracelets, bangles, and earrings) is non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • This policy ensures hygiene, quality control, and fairness for all our customers.

2. Gemstone & Anti-Tarnish Jewelry

  • Returns or refunds are possible only within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide a clear, unedited, uncut unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

  • Once verified by our team, a replacement, store credit, or refund will be issued as per eligibility.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • Without an uncut and unedited unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted.

  • The video must clearly show the parcel being opened, the product inside, and any claimed damage or defect.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged product or a wrong item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (including the unboxing video).

  • Eligible cases will be resolved with a replacement or refund.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

  • No returns/refunds for reasons such as “change of mind,” wrong size selection, or personal preference.

  • Products that appear used, tampered with, or without proper packaging will not be accepted.

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

6. Cancellations

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, as processing begins immediately.

7. Refund Mode

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
