At Emerely, every piece of jewelry is crafted with care and attention to detail. We value the trust you place in us, and to maintain fairness and hygiene standards, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy for all silver jewelry purchases.

Please Note:

• Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

• This policy applies to all silver jewelry, including pendants, rings, bangles, bracelets, earrings, and custom pieces.

• We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.

Exceptions (only if applicable):

• If you receive a wrong product (different from what you ordered).

• If the item arrives in a damaged condition due to transit.

  In such rare cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing pictures/videos as proof. Our team will verify the issue and assist with a replacement if eligible.
